Our process is built to meet you on your terms and create a tailored experience for you. We start with a complimentary consultation to gain an understanding of your organizational needs and goals; once we have a clear understanding of your expectations, we select options from our a la carte services menu to build a customized package that is unique to your team's needs.

We engage in a conversation and present your package to you with the opportunity to make recommendations or tweaks. Then we begin the work! With a combined 30 years in the service and retail industry, we have created a high-touch client experience that is focused on you and your team. Throughout our work we will gain buy in and carve out an accountability plan that ensures the change is lasting, even when our work is complete.

WHAT TO EXPECT

01 THE CONSULT

Complete our consult form and we will schedule a time to connect virtually or in-person. During our time we will listen and ask questions to learn your organizational goals and needs.

02 THE PRESENTATION

We will follow up within a week of our consult to present a package suited to the needs of your organization. During this time, we will make any necessary changes and set up next steps.

03 OUR WORK TOGETHER

We will spend time getting to know your team and organization to ensure that there is buy in and accountability each step of the way. We will be available and will stay connected to you once the work is complete.
